Invites you to a soul nourishment day
in the
Wisdom Centre,
Sophia Housing Association
25 Cork Street, Dublin 8
The day will include Tai-chi, quiet relaxation, some creative story-telling and a time and space for different activities – painting, writing, poetry, being still, or taking a walk. We also hope to include some fun and maybe a circle dance or two. If we are blessed with sunshine on the day some of the activities will take place in the great Sophia garden space for those who like the outdoors.
Date: 8th June, 2013, 10.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
Cost: €30.00 or whatever you can afford. All are welcome.
Tea and coffee will be provided.
