Being Discriminated AgainstAdapted from Hope, A. & Timmel, S. Training for Transformation Book 4. This exercise aims to help participants explore the theme of discrimination in a personal way by inviting them to consider some of their own experiences of being discriminated against.  
CushionsAdapted from Hope, A. & Timmel, S. Training for Transformation Book 4 This exercise aims to help participants look at how people protect or ‘cushion’ themselves from discrimination and the effects cushioning can have on everyone involved.
