What We Do: Designed To Fit

Partners training and learning processes are all tailor-made. While some courses may end up being categorised as TfT, Creative Facilitation, Rekindling the Fire, Playing with Freire or Working Interculturally, Partners will always work closely with a community or group making a request to design a process that meets their specific needs.

Beginning with a conversation

Oftentimes a group, organisation or community will approach Partners with a particular request. In such cases, Partners will engage with the request around the following inquiry:

• If at the end of this process you are entirely satisfied with the outcome, what will have taken place?
• Is what you are requesting the most effective route to that outcome? Are there other possibilities?

Such inquiry will often lead to an entirely different process than that originally requested. A request for leadership training may become a process of organisational development. A request for a strategic plan may become a day of reflection, nourishment and conflict resolution.
