Structure

Partners is a limited company which has attained charitable status (Charity Registration Number: 10079).

Staff Team

The staff team consists of a Coordinator role, who answers directly to a Management Team appointed by the Board of Directors. Two staff members share this role.

Facilitators

Partners has a pool of accredited facilitators based around the country who are engaged by Partners on a 'contract for services only' basis. Members of the staff team are also facilitators and carry out a proportion of the facilitation/training work.
The facilitators report regularly, both verbally and in writing, to designated members of the staff team on the progress of the work in which they are engaged.
