Participant's comments

quote

It did what it said on the tin.  My fire is rekindled.

quoteIts not that I had gotten lazy, I work really hard. I just got struck on doing the same stuff all the time.  I just got off the treadmill and had a good think.  I'm gonna try new stuff.

quoteWhat I liked was just being in the same place with others who are trying to reflect.  Just listening to others I began to get lots of new ideas about things I could do.

quoteI never ever ever get a chance to stand back and reflect.  I've just done it and I'm refreshed.
